Reporting on Customers Last Action 

The Last Action field in the Customers page presents key information about how the canceling user left the Chargebee Retention page. The options for this field are as follows:

  • canceled
  • accepted modal offer
  • accepted la offer
  • clicked nevermind
  • bounce or back button

This detail sheds light into the path by which the user left the page. You can use this information to analyze how offer accepts or nevermind clicks translate to key Chargebee Retention outcomes.
